Retiring in 2016, she went on to doing consultancy work for the likes of CNN Philippines and LCC, the biggest retail chain in the Bicol region. She returned to being an employee in 2019 when she joined the Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU) as its Marketing and Communications Director. She specializes in managing and mentoring inter-disciplinary teams, helping them identify and achieve business goals.
